I worked at Bealls for 3 years , as soon as the new manager Carmelo came he started reducing everyone’s hours to 4 hours a day and two hours a week making it impossible to live on , there was only two people scheduled to close and expected to do the workload of a cashier , cleaning , and recover the whole store when there was only two people scheduled , he only hired his own people , the only reason why I lasted longer is because another manager hired me , he was always scheduling people for 2 days a week , I had to get another job to be able to live because just with Bealls income is enough to have you broke and at $0.00 , I was the closer at Bealls one day I was scheduled to close at Bealls and my other job , my other job pays me $19 and gives me 40 hours plus tips so I chose to close over there, and he said he won’t add me back to the schedule because I chose my 9 hour shift over the 4 hour shift at Bealls they are constantly scheduling employees for only 4 hours a day , they don’t care about where you end up so if you stay there you might end up living on a card board box don’t rely on the income here please don’t make the same mistake I was forced to take on loans because of my loyalty to staying with Bealls the turnover is horrible that’s why so much employees left .

Good prices but the dirtiest dressing rooms ever! Dressing room floors had garbage, dust bunnies and were just plain filthy. Take something to stand on if you want to try something on. If I worked there I would be embarrassed to tell people that I did
