Made everything so easy. Called, and they picked me up from the key west express. Gave me a fantastic rate for the larger cart. The girls were fantastic. Mel and Chris. Dropped me off at the boat 4 days later to help me out. I was so happy with the kindness I was shown. I will always rent from them when I'm down in Key West. Thanks so much.

This is the best place to rent a golf cart. Cart was clean and price was reasonable.

Worst place ever! Owner was so rude! Tried to return a golf cart after a little over a 1 1/2 hour that severely needed a front end alignment and gas fumes were unbearable! Manager or guy at front desk was going to at least give us a $20 refund and a new vehicle! Owner came out and said no you’re not getting a new vehicle and only credited us the $20! Ridiculous out of $178 charge! Would never recommend them nor obviously use them again! I do intend to contact my credit card company to dispute charges and hopefully will get some financial resolution but customer service ridiculous! Do NOT use.

Maddi at Blue Sky Rentals was such a pleasure! I am traveling with my mom & some older family members. Maddi was so helpful and gave us an amazing deal on our golf cart and made our day so much better! We were able to see more of Key West than expected. If you are questioning if it's worth it to rent a golf cart... yes yes yes & I highly recommend Blue Sky!!!

**WARNING** They pressured us into getting 2 scooters as we acquired about their process. While we were at the table to pay, my partner and I discussed & agreed that we didn't like their customer service and aggressiveness. So we told them to cancel and they insulted us and also got even more aggressive for "wasting their time" .. we told them that the only reason we're not moving forward with them is because their service was disgusting ESPECIALLY in a Tourist area. They continued to aggress us and mocked that we wouldn't get our refund. So we took pictures and evidence. All in all, their SERVICE was inappropriate, offensive and godawful. A group of 7 in line, SAW HOW THEY TREATED US AND THE COUPLE BEFORE US, AND LEFT THE VICINITY.

Great people. Great service. Literally our first stop in Key West. They also have a parking lot and it happened to be across from our B&B. Maddie was working and she kindly helped us get situated. I asked her for some tips on what to see and she pulled out her Sharpie and drew all the best places onto a map. She was so kind and so enthusiastic. Later that night we ran into the owner who was actually checking on the lot to make sure everything was safe and in good order. The kindness and care was so surprising for a vacation area where tourists can often be treated like a nuisance. I recommend parking here and renting your scooters. You will get the kindness and best service around. Not mention it’s right in the middle of it all on Ducal.

We stopped in on our visit to Duval Street and Cris was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We didn't make a purchase but Cris still answered all of our questions. Her recommendations and directions were spot on!

Paid a premium price for sub-par equipment. Recommend a complete equipment check over inspection before prior to equipment rental. 5 Star.

Best way to get around Key West is to rent a golf cart. Blue Sky Rental on Duvall is great & the guy who runs it is very nice! I would definitely rent from him again!
