Walked in here like five times in the past few months. EVERYTIME the people working were EXTREMELY helpful. Not only that they have enough employees there to help the other customers that were there.
Last time I really worked on a car was like in 1985. It has not been my thing for a long time which means I don't know the exact name of the products or parts that I needed.
We joked about it! But they used my bad descriptions to figure out what I needed. Last thing. It seemed to matter to them that I was buying the right part.
I am in the midst of an extremely busy stretch of life and I REALLY appreciate the effort and time they took to help me out. The extra few minutes they took will certainly save what is most important to me right now....TIME.
We all know...that is not often the case.
I truly appreciate the willingness to help from the guys working today as well as the other times I stopped in recently.

Took my battery in to get charged and checked. Told me my battery was no good!!! Would you like to buy 1. This came as a surprise to me I thought it just needed a charge. I told him no thank you and took the battery 2 another auto parts store they rested it and said it was good !!! They charged it and it worked perfectly.
All you gringos our there beware!!!!

I only window shopped there for electrical connectors. Their selection has increased substantial since 2022 Feb.
