I thought Midguard wanted me to leave because they raised my rent so drastically, but Jessica reassured me that I was a valued customer. She waved the lock fee for three months, And locked my pricing in for the next 12 months so it wouldn’t get raised again.
I don’t know why this company keeps raising prices, but I’m glad that I talked to Jessica because she was very understanding and helpful.
Michele is a great manager. Glad she is here at the key west sight👍

I have been a client with Midgard self storage in Key West for years and recently I changed locations to a bigger unit. Both buildings I rented at were very well up kept but recently I have noticed a change since being at the new location (new to me) it is always VERY clean! Oh yeah! Every once in a while if I am at the unit in the later hours of the day I see Michelle and she is absolutely so nice! She’s very professional and very helpful as well. I was having an issue with getting back into my unit and she took action immediately and solved my issue very quickly as I was locked out electronically which was my fault. Thank you for having such an outstanding worker as Michelle. Seriously I have not ever worked with any company that has someone I can talk to in person, over the phone, and probably in email too that will answer back quickly. She always asks if there is anything else I need before she continues cleaning up the building for the evening or other tasks she has to do. Before she leaves if I am still in the building if she passes back by my area she asks if I need anything or if I have any questions before she leaves for the evening and always she says to have a good evening.

I moved to key West from Pennsylvania.
I secured a storage unit..just in case my main land baggage couldn't fit in my new place.
All of my personal belongings were able to fit!
And once again the crew at midguard did not disappoint! Thank you again for making a stressful situation so much less. Great customer service.
