These collars and leashes are amazing! So well made and durable. The fabric is bright and colorful and I have received a lot of compliments on them!!? I bought these several years ago when I was visiting Key West and they have held up well. I can’t wait to visit this spring and pick up a couple more.? Thank you Coconut Retriever Shop!

What a terrible company. What type of company steals from pet owners trying to buy pet harnesses. Never order anything from them. You'll never get it. They already scrubbed their Facebook and Internet presence because of so many bad reviews. Key West BBB is protecting them by deleting their bad reviews and complaints. You've been warned!

Was there end of may and bought a collar and name tag to add on collar was told name tag would be mailed in 2-4 weeks still nothing two months later called few times and was told would be fixed still nothing called this morning no answer or voicemail ? this man was very nice but customer service is not up to par. Was only bad experience we had in the keys hopefully this will be takin care of soon very disappointed
