This CVS has a very handy and excellent location on Duval Street in the heart of old town Key West, making it pretty convenient and part of the normal flow of traffic. It is a good size store with a pretty standard selection of the usual CVS aisles and items. Because of its location, it also carries a large amount of tourist and souvenir related items, including Key West stuff, tropical gift items for home decor, sunscreen, hats, shirts, and much more. It offers a good selection of snacks, drinks, and fresh food. The store provides a laid-back experience. However, it tends to be dirty and cluttered, and it has astronomical pricing compared to non Key West locations. While self-checkout is available, it is typically broken, leading to long lines. Still, it is considered a much better option than other nearby drugstores for those who need to get in and out quickly.
Cashier was rude, refused to acknowledge the correct price of an item and deliberately left me waiting at self checkout while she waited on other customers at the register so I left and went to Walgreens.

Sold me a broken product and closed 1hr early and refused to take it back! It’s the Indian guy, black hair and rather dark skin. He verbally assaulted me when I asked for his supervisor!
