Awful. If I could give zero stars, I would I called and I was told they had the car size I needed so I paid an Uber to bring my me there. Got there and there were absolutely no cars available. Understaffed and rude. Just rent a golf cart and use Uber. It's cheaper and better. Staff at the golf cart rental location was pleasant. Give your money to a small business where the staff takes pride in their company. The employees at Enterprise do not care since they get the same pay whether they do their job or not.

Had a confirmed reservation and when I got to the counter they told me that did not have a car for me. This was a mini van for 6 people to travel from Key West to Miami. Had to uber and cost me over $700.00. Employee could offer no solution and seemed to care less. Never again Enterprise and Expedia - Way to ruin someones vacation.

Made a reservation and received an email confirmation. When we went to pick up the car, were told, in a very rude manner, that other people had reserved the cars they had before us, so she was not going to give us a car. My husband explained that I was injured and needed to get to Miami to get a plane home. She could not have cared less. We then went to Avis and were treated great!

Understaffed and working their best. They've been flexible and accommodating even when our plans change dramatically. One thing I wish they could do is actually get a phone number that didn't connect to a call center, where they are very far from helpful.

Didn’t pick me up on time, didn’t apologize, didn’t have the right car size, tried to force me into something I didn’t want. Put the wrong car on my rental agreement. Don’t email me my rental agreement so I have nothing other than the app. Guy really didn’t seem like he cared about my experience at all and just wanted me out of there.At least the car I got ended up being good.

I picked "Mitsubishi mirage or similar". The only available car when i arrived was a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. I wasted an hour waiting to see if somebody would return a small car. Nobody returned another car in that time. I accepted the pickup truck. I drove to Enterprise at Miami international Airport, where I was able to exchange the Dodge Ram 1500 for a Chevrolet Spark. I doubt this was the fault of Enterprise or the staff at this location. This was not a fixable problem. I wish I had just accepted the Ram 1500 when I arrived. When possible, I prefer a compact or subcompact sedan. Other customers were waiting for cars to arrive; no other vehicles were available; I was first in line.

We were there waiting for 40 minutes then when it’s finally our turn they move some guy ahead of us because “he had to go out of town” only reason I didn’t rip anyone a new one is cause i was with my wife and she didn’t mind being late to work. 0 professionalism and car was a bit dirty

Like someone else mentioned in their experience, I booked my car at the airport, but since the locations have a very similar address I ubered to the location not at the airport. After realizing that once I spoke to the employee, he was SUPER HELPFUL. Thomas provided exceptional service and made sure I was taken care of so that I did not have to take another Uber to the airport location. Coming from LA/Orange County California area I was used to great customer service in which Thomas provided! Can't say that about a lot of other business interactions in Florida. Thanks Thomas!

The guy named Thomas, said he couldnt rent me a car how I wasn't from here. He said they had a policy where you can't rent me a car. He started to get personal and yelling at me. I'll never in my long life will I come here again or recommend no one here.

Perry and his supervisor (can’t remember his name) were amazing! Had a terrible terrible day and they helped me tremendously and made that day just a little bit better. They were so helpful and kind. Highly recommend them!

Honestly, extremely disappointed. Picked up my car from Saint Petersburg, spoke to customer service so we can switch cars because of lower tire pressure, the manager turned us away because our car is “fine” instead of offering us an upgrade when we felt uncomfortable driving 3 hours with a car that kept having low pressure. We went to the airport one to get more help and they wouldn’t swap cars unless we went to the other location (same manager btw). We had to actually go to Avis to even get a car then we were in a rush, we had parked our car to the right of the airport and the front desk wouldn’t even help us move the car knowing the rush we were in. HORRIBLE customer service. Only cared about money and what cars were coming in then the actual customer themselves. GO TO AVIS.

Worst service EVER! We reserved a car, went to pick up cat, and told they should have a car in a few hours. Hello?! No one called to tell us car would not be ready in time, they said maybe in 3 hours. We left and called an hour later and still they could not give me a time. We then rescheduled it to the next day. They told us no problem to reserve for next day and said they will change our reservation but when I asked for a confirmation email they said they can’t do that. I called an hour before pick up the next day. and they said there is a car there. We arrived for pickup and no rental available!! Again, no phone call letting us know of this issue. It was the worst customer EVER! We found a rental company down the road with excellent consumer service and nice vehicles. Don’t even bother with Enterprise. They lost my business for all future rentals.
