What FedEx truck with 2 drivers hit my dog when I went outside.I saw the tire on top of my dog's stomach.I yelled at them to back up. When? She came to me, her flesh had been torn from her body and it cost a lot of money and I need some compensation. there has to be some kind 9f insurance for this.

Have been using this FedEx office for the last 5 years. I always bring in about 60 packages during the holidays and Michaela always greets me with a smile and thanks me for dropping off the packages. She always goes above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better FedEx experience. Thank you Michaela for always making it such a positive experience at such a stressful time of year.

I missed my package that needed a signature. Talked with employee at package store who pleasantly pulled my item off of the truck and had it waiting for me to sign. Above and beyond expectation. Thank you.

Went to drop package off and there is a sign on the front door they are closed for lunch daily from 1:30 to 2:30.
Nothing posted on website.
That's key west for you!

Micaela (apologies if I misspelled your name) was absolutely unbelievable! Not only did she remember me, but her customer service was exceptional—far above average. She truly made my experience remarkable. Five stars aren't enough!

Closes daily for lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. Everyone deserves lunch but it would nice to let everyone know before they show up to the airport FedEx before their flight :) otherwise would get 5 stars.

Lately, I've been using FedEx, and I want to say the woman who works behind the counter. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she's always there around 5:30 PM and she has blond hair :). She's fantastic! I wish we had more customer service representatives like her in Key West.

Absolutely awful delivery service. My instructions were clear on the delivery, as it was furniture being delivered and the driver just left the box at the bottom of the stairs. Being new to the area, I have no help and can't lift the heavy box by myself. I will never use Fed Ex again! How lazy.
