FSB stole 3$ from me and I wrote them a letter stating I was upset, Laura Brown just called me and told me if I apologized she might give me the 3$ she stole out of my account. what kind of bully does this she called me to wheeled power over me. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years never overdraft or any negative remarks on record. if I had 200k in my account this conversation would have gone vastly different but I don't I'm working class and every dollar I earn is taxed to

Blocked my card and I have no access to my money. Was supposed to be fixed on Friday. Now it's the weekend and the bank is closed till Monday. I am very unhappy

Waited at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Upon finally getting to the service point, there was no shuttle. Don't know if the woman in front of me sent it in, or what. I push the call button, tell them there's no shuttle, and I want to deposit the check I'll be sending. An employee walks out and hands me a shuttle. I send the check and wait some more. The shuttle finally comes back and they had cashed the check rather than deposit it! I push the call button two or three times and send the shuttle back. After a few more minutes, someone answers and I tell them I wanted to make a deposit, not cash the check. More time goes by and and I finally get the deposit receipt. 34 minutes to make a simple transaction and it isn't even Friday! I don't know if it's the tellers, their equipment, procedures or what, but service is extremely slow. I estimate 11 people were served in 34 minutes.

everything I have been so very happy with him all the time I have been with them. always great service and I recommend them to all of my friends I have never had a problem and the employees are always so very friendly
