Rude staff the guy sold me two different sizes. When I walked all the back to return he wasn't trained to do the return and was snippy. In reply to the owners response, a new system is hard to deal with, but it certainly doesn't mean you have to be rude.

The owner couple were holding down the fort after Fantasy Fest and we had a great experience. They introduced me to a new brand of slide Nuu Sol made in the Us and both were wearing the brand and educated me about them. They wear them every day and they wear well and have great traction. They compared and contrasted the various brands and answers all my questions and I walked out with a pair of cute slides. They have great arch support as well. After so much buying shoes on line and many returns, it was a great brick shop experience with experts. Highly recommend if in the market for flip flops, slides, hats, or they also had sneaker type shoes too.I may go back for another pass this trip!Update: went back next day and got a pair of Hey Dudes and had another great experience with another staff member.

Flip flops, what do you want, when do you it? When do you get it? RIGHT NOW! If you didn't realize that you need more than one pair of floods on your key west vacation, come in and get an extra. All sorts of varieties, including slip-on boat shoes, a d accessories. Missing something you might find it here.

Love this shop!! They have a great selection of flip flops. All of my favorites..Rainbows, Reef, Keen, Havaianas. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. We'll definitely be back when we're in Key West!

Cute little boutique store on Duval. Customer service agent, Lydia, was very knowledgeable of the inventory and showed a genuine care for the comfort and and satisfaction of the customer experience. My new go to place for comfortable footwear!
