Awesome selection in their large walk in humidor! Great atmosphere! If you love cigars and visit Key West, this is the place to go.

Definitely not my favorite place to smoke a cigar in the Keys, and the ONLY one that I'm aware of where you can't smoke your own even when you're buying a bottle of wine plus one more glass each. This stinks when you bring a box of cigars to the Keys with you. They're loosing business as we only stopped there once, as opposed to 3 times at Vino's, three time at the Rum Bar, and a few other times at various locations in Key West. It's a shame too, because other than that, I liked the place.

This was the only place I found in the area that actually had a nice walk-in humidor and cigar options that weren’t busy “Cubans” and generic hand rolled cigars. This place has a much better variety of well known cigar makers to choose from. The vibes were really good inside as well. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the prices. My favorite cigar is a Oliva Serie V Melanio. I’ll generally pay around $15 per stick at cigar places. It cost $30 at this place, so just know that you’re likely going to have a bit of sticker shock.

They treat everyone like a thief, and eye you like your going to steal a cigar. New owner is RUDE and normally a walk in humidor is great. This crazy woman owner walks in with you and treats you like a child and a thief. She will hit your hand away if you go to touch a cigar. There are RULES written on label maker on everything. "Dont put feet up on table" "Dont cut more than 1 cigar here" "Dont bring in outside food or drink" NON STOP. Most non friendly place on the island. If you buy a beer, they ring it up on a POS system that takes FOR EVER. The whole experience makes you feel bad and the owner just has to be the worst person to be running a place like this ever. My advice. Hire a manager and let them run it, you are terrible as an owner/staff. Take off all your rules signs, let people enjoy the humidor.Your loss of buisness by treating everyone like a thief is not making up for the rarely stolen cigars. People in Key West, who can afford to be there. I bet 99% of them would never take anything from you. And offer 20% off for locals, like you used to.

Cigars are dry and expensive. One worker (woman) followed us around in the humidor and kept telling us to keep our hands off the merchandise. I did buy one cigar, when I cut it it immediately split, waisted $20. No refund Run like the wind from this place, buy a cigar from another vendor, one where you can touch and smell prior to buying.ZERO RATING

This place is a joke. They won't let you smoke your own cigar and expect you to buy one from them. Their cigar prices are jacked up and the employee hovers over you while browsing inside their humidor as if you're an international cigar thief.

I was worried because a couple bad reviews but was happily surprised. I found the woman sever to be very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. It’s true they don’t want you to touch the cigars because she said drunk people kept dropping boxes. Also, others have said it’s expensive but it cheaper than where I’m from lol!

Very disappointed we would stop in every time we were in Keywest since the owner was so great. The cigars are over priced and not well maintained. I purchased a $22.00 cigar that the wrapper cracked when punched it. When I complained the owner started to say that this type of cigar is dry by design. Anyone who smokes cigars know this is bull. Then she would not credit me or give me a new cigar. Absolutely no customer service. We will never go there again until they have new ownership.

Sorry but I was not impressed. I thought the selection was limited. As expected, the prices were higher than the Duval St shops, but that did not bother me as much as the feeling I got from the old guy when I walked in. Remember Vivian (Julia Roberts) in Pretty Woman trying to buy nice clothes on Rodeo Drive and being judged by the way she looked. Yeah, that was a "Big Mistake". Hah.

Fun bar, great cigar selection, high-ish prices but you’re right on the strip so it’s acceptable for the location. Nice local beer on tap, comfortable lounge that is air conditioned.

This is a nice place, nice atmosphere, excellent humidor. However, their cigars are so ridiculously overpriced that I can’t bring myself to patronize the place. Example: an Oliva Melanio Maduro is priced at $30. So is a Rocky Patel DBS. I’m ok with a place making a decent profit; hell, I can accept a 100% markup. But their prices are more than 100% over wholesale. They are the only place on the island with a nice selection, so they gouge you. I just can’t accept that. Maybe that’s why both times I stopped this weekend (I needed butane) the place was empty. Too bad.

I give it a 2, only because they have a really good selection of cigars. I cannot rate anything else in the place. I have not experienced the drinks. Now that's out of the way, when you go in you feel like a criminal. At least I do because I have tattoos and I'm bald. They follow you like a Hawk and will definitely NOT let you touch the cigars. Now, I get maybe they've had a problem with theft. I've been purchasing cigars for 25 years and I've never been told not to touch the cigars. Not even at La Casa del Habano, was I ever told I could not. If we all know cigars in Key West, do a lot of shops did you don't know how old they been sitting in there, or coming from so you have to kind of get a good feel to make sure you're not getting a crispy Cigar. I was just totally turned off by the place and it's very convenient for me to get to, but I choose to just go to Rodriguez Cigar.

I have been coming here for the last 10 years...the original owner was a great guy and the rumor is he lost this place in a divorce a few years ago and now his ex runs it who is a nasty, unappreciative, should not be in retail Spanish women. She treats you like you are about to steal all the cigars, asked ''if we had food in our bag'' before entering the humidor () and almost slapped my hand when it appeared I may touch a cigar. If you notice 95% of the 4-5 star reviews are from many years ago, all the 1 stars seem to be from about the time she took over. The place was empty the entire time I was there...( about 4 beers worth.) there is a decent selection of beers and some leather couches to sit on but the place has a bad vibe....It's too bad used to be a great place...I will never return. Too many better options in town.

Really loved our time relaxing and enjoying a good cigar here. Good humidor, good lounge area, good people.
