“You have to give up all your personal information just to get a workout in. Soon this will be outlawed due to identity theft. This type of organization's PII is prime to get cracked. So when you go into debt or have loans out you did not take, you might track it to the one hour workout you got at the beach.”
“Elevated gym energy heated power vinyasa yoga classes. $28 drop in fee for both the 45- minute and one hour class formats. Clear cuing with some attention to breathwork. Instructor provided cool towels for savasana. Clean studio within the gym facility.”
“A delight!!!
Did you grow up going to old school basement gyms where iron somehow seemed heavier than in commercial gyms? This is a no frills throwback to those times - an absolute delight to lift! If you’re looking for comfy air conditioned gym - this is clearly not for you! But if you’re looking for a place where the pump happens the second you walk in AND it’s dog friendly AND yes those giant fans on the ground are all air con you’ll have AND yes there’s enough plates, bars, dumbbells and barbells? Then this is for YOU!!!
Next time we are in key west we will absolutely get a pass again, I miss this place!!!! 💪🏼”
“A good gym right in Key West. The owner, who's originally from Pennsylvania, cares about fitness, his gym, and us, and it shows. Neat as a pin, weights, rowing machines, cardio, and complimentary classes included in the membership. It's nice to go work out every day even on vacation, to help sort of anchor the rest of the Key West experience, and I enjoyed this gym and talking to its affable owner.”
“I have been going to this Douglas gym since I was 8 years old and now that I am 38 years old still going to the Douglas gym and play basketball and and talk with the people over there that is employed I really love going to the gym”
“Love the new hours! Perfect gym for a quick workout or mid week jog. Always clean and has restroom and water fountain. It's small but has plenty of equipment.”
“Dropped into CrossFit Mile Zero while vacationing. I was able to check-in & complete a waiver all online (5 stars)! I joined the 6 am class and was greeted by name by the 5 am coach, AJ (another 5 stars)! Coach Kat led the 6 am class & provided a great warm up and coaching cues for the squat clean which was the strength portion of the class. Coach Kat moved around the class offering encouragement and timely coaching (early arm pull on my squat clean 🤨)! WOD was a 15-12-9 of Power Cleans, T2B or K2E, and machine calories (row, ski erg, or bike). Great class energy!”
