Went down for a work trip with a group of 20+. This hotel is in an awesome location, near everything. The grounds were pristine. I only ate at the restaurant for breakfast, it was really good. The staff was the best part, especially Lisa who worked around the pool. We kept her running around all day.

Great hotel in a great location. Room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities are excellent: it might seem like a small thing, but the on-site bike rental with two free hours included is really cool. Our "partial ocean view" room had a small balcony with a very nice view.Key West prices have gotten really crazy over the last few years, but at least I felt like this hotel tries to give you your money's worth.

Nice hotel, easy walk to most of the downtown attractions. TV stopped working 9PM first night. Promised repair first thing in the morning. Did not happen until I called and they replaced the TV. Lots of tourist activities and attractions close by. A little pricey.

We did not stay here. Only parked(paid) so we could access the dock for our snorkeling trip. Grounds were really nice, staff helpful.

Convenient location. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shop, marinas and museums of the Duvall street town center. Spotless rooms, friendly staff.Walkability: We picked up coffee at our poolside coffee shop every morning and walked all along the harbor walk. Tall ships, yachts, fishing charter boats and the ferry to sunset key made our morning stools very pleasant.

We come to Key West every year to escape the cold but won’t stay here again. They only service rooms every four days. That was never on our stay of four days.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric Key West in an oceanfront room. Compared to other hotels in the area, the Hyatt Centric is one of the nicer options that Key West has to offer. However, I don't think the rooms justify the high prices. The oceanfront room had a great view and the bathrooms seem recently updated with nice finishes. However, the bedroom itself felt a bit dated and in need of some renovations, especially considering the nightly rates. The loud, rattling AC unit fan also made it difficult to sleep. For the premium price, I expected a more luxurious room. The Hyatt Centric staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service during my stay. The common areas of the hotel like the lobby and pool deck were stylish and nicely maintained. However, I cannot recommend eating at the on-site restaurants. The food was overwhelmingly bland and lacking in flavor. For a hotel and location like this, far better dining options exist elsewhere in Key West.Overall, the Hyatt Centric makes for a pleasant but overpriced stay while visiting Key West. Unless renovations are done to improve the rooms and on-site dining, I likely would not return and cannot wholeheartedly recommend. The kind staff and lovely views, while nice, still do not provide enough value compared to the nightly rates charged here.

We stayed here in Jan 2024 (when the weather was in the low 70s) because of the heated pool (which was not only advertised on their website, but we also confirmed two days prior to our reservation with the front desk that it would be heated). The pool was absolutely freezing! We asked multiple times for the pool to be warmed up, but it remained freezing!

It's a shame that a hotel like this employs staff without any empathy for people with special needs. On Saturday January 27th of this year I took my son who has infantile cerebral palsy and autism for a walk around key west for a while since he He likes it when he can't find handicap parking on the street. I asked this hotel if I could leave my car for a couple of hours since all their parking spaces were empty. The truth is, I could have left my car there and they wouldn't have noticed, but I'm a person. decent and I went in to ask, I even had my son because I had already taken him out of the car on the street. You only pay 10 pains for two hours in a regular parking lot but they are not comfortable for people like us. This lady showed so little empathy that she told us that We had to pay 35 dollars seriously, what a lack of humanity we human beings have today without failing to mention that it is possible that you did not like our accent with English, it is a shame that there are people who look down on those who have special needs and No, there she showed a little empathy towards my son. We only needed a couple of hours, but there she was with God and also her partner who listened to everything and acted stupid. May God bless them both and may they never have to live what these women live. families should learn to have empathy.

The hotel is located 5 blocks from the famous Duval Street Avenue and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a restaurant, heated pool, gym, business center. It has a private beach and a turtle pond. The hotel is pet friendly. It has several rooms for business events. Parking has a cost. The attention is good. The price is high
