Over priced definitely don’t recommend this place I reserved a golf cart and the guy was very disrespectful to me in front of my children. When I asked him to watch his language in front of the kids he gave me a refund without me asking. Don’t waste your time ! You can get these golfcarts all over keywest for about 100$

We had a good time with our cart we rented for the day. Easy process and we got a ride in the nice shuttle to the airport. Staff was nice and friendly and answered all our questions. Would use this company again. Nice cart too!

This is not about the golf carts so much but the people that work there. We are handicapped and when we made the reservations we were told that they would pick us up when we got off the cruise ship. Waited about 10 minutes for pick up. That went well and then we had to wait in line for 15 minutes while they helped people. Ok. Thats ok. Then we waited another 5 minutes outside. while they gave us our carts. So 30 minutes total while we waited to get a cart. Still ok with that, after all cruise ship in port. But where they crossed the line is when we asked for a ride back, they said they were to busy. I told them we were handicap and couldn't walk more than 3 blocks. We even had our handicap placard on the gold cart.
This guy didnt care and made us walk. Already got our money and didnt care.
Hope you figure our who checkednus in and repremand him.

Honestly this business has poor customer service. Asked to be picked up from the shuttle, waited 40 minutes to get picked up in the humidity. Main location is closed at 6, nobody failed to mention that so I’m panicking thinking what to do. Free shuttle ends at 6, so I have to pay for uber to get back! Again, something they didn’t mention!
Don’t book with them, not worth the headache! So many companies do the same thing they do at better prices!

Experience was amazing. Iggy is the man. Need restaurant recommendations…..he’ll hook you up. The experience was easy and would use them again in the future. The only thing we would have done differently would have to rent it for 24 hours…..get it enjoy it for the day and evening by taking it to dinner and back and everything else in between.

I thought that the quality of the golf cart rental that we received was top-notch, but had bad service experience. To give a little background I was on a cruise. We had a port there in Key West and I made this rental at least a month in advance and did all of my fees and waivers in advance as well. We get off the boat and everyone’s trying to rent a golf cart, it was a madhouse and we waited in a line for over 45 minutes in the awful heat. I would suggest having two separate lines at least when there are cruises in port to avoid issues like this when people have already booked in advance and signed all the waivers versus people who just booked or did not complete all of their portion. That’s my only complaint. Also, Billy was REALLY hustling and working hard during the chaos!

The guy at the counter and the guy that went over that cart with us were both awesome and very informative, the price was better than the other places that I had checked on and the the carts are very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be renting from them again.

I’m on a cruise that stopped in key west for a day - we rented a golf cart from these folks. What a cluster! They only have one person working the registration desk. Why!?!?! You know when the ships pull in and should have multiple registration points available. Almost an hour of my 5 hours in Key West was wasted due to their slooooow one man operation so annoying!
