They provide excellent customer service, are always happy to help, and take care of repairs quickly, often on the spot. Shout out to the guys at Island bicycles. My wife and I are riding our tandem up the Atlantic coast to NJ. Our brake rotor was bent and they took the time to fix it for us and get us back on the road. GREAT CUSTOMER-SERVICE. THANKS GUYS!!!!

We rented two hybrid bikes. They were in great shape, well tuned and came with a sturdy front basket, helmet, lock and lights. Everything you could possibly want. They even helped me fix an issue with the fender on the bike we had brought with us, not one of the rentals. Great, friendly service, great bikes, highly recommend.
