Island Bicycles is a bike shop offering great rentals, sales, and repair service. They have a wide variety of cruisers, racing bikes, and hybrid bikes, all in great shape and well tuned. Rentals come with a helmet, lock, lights, and a sturdy basket. The staff is super great, very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and super welcoming to walk-ins. They provide excellent customer service, are always happy to help, and take care of repairs quickly, often on the spot. The shop is known for great, friendly service and reasonable, competitive prices. They will not try to oversell you. We had a great experience at Island bikes (or aka Eaton St Bikes)! We rented two tandom bikes and they worked flawless during our week stay in KW! Shout out to the guys at Island bicycles. My wife and I are riding our tandem up the Atlantic coast to NJ. Our brake rotor was bent and they took the time to fix it for us and get us back on the road. GREAT CUSTOMER-SERVICE. THANKS GUYS!!!!
