After waiting 6 months + to do my recall, I finally was able to schedule my appointment- a month out. I put in leave, I make it 25 minutes early, to find out they scheduled me without putting the order or having the part. Outrageous. They should have cancelled or had some organization initiative and ensured they had what they need. It is such a disrespect to customers time. I have never encountered such an unprofessional business outside of Key West. To add, sales department and “service” department is impossible to reach. Have around 6 unanswered emails and 7 promises to call me back never had. They do not care about business or customers here.

Literally one of the worst"dealerships" I've been too. You drop your car off and no one calls you and you can't get in contact with anyone. I do not recommend and I will not be back.

Had a water pump fail on my Ram. I called KW Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and spoke with Karen. Since my previous dealership experiences in Michigan have been so-so in terms of scheduling, I expected Karen to tell me it was gonna be a while before they could service my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could drop off the truck and they would look at it in the next day.I dropped off the truck and spoke to my service advisor Nick, who really went above and beyond to source the needed parts and keep me posted throughout the repair process.The repair was made quickly and I was back on the road within 48 hours.Thank You for your outstanding service!

I will save you the hassle of reading a LONG post, just believe me when I say that this is the ABSOLUTE WORST dealership I have EVER delt with when it comes to getting g service done. 100% $H!T service, and HORRIBLE people to deal with. If you can go someplace else you should!!!!!!!

It is such a pleasure bringing my vehicle to get serviced at the jeep dealership in Key West, they are fast efficient and a great staff all together. My supervisor is Regina , and she provides amazing customer service, and the manager Keith is very professional and knowledgeable. I am glad I stopped bringing my jeep all the way to the Miami dealership where I bought it.

My husband and I have been trying to contact this business to have our vehicle serviced and to have a recall done for MONTHS and have not received any call back or email from anybody. We've tried their online chat and we called MULTIPLE times only to be told that somebody will contact us, and never got anything. The only time we can go there is on weekends and they're close.

So far I have had three services done to my truck here, everything has been on point each visit. The only set back to the last visit was it was just over three weeks out for my appointment.

Well . As expected. Car rental companies didn't have any vehicles. Called the Jeep dealership and I was in a rental in about 15 minutes. Everyone here is very professional. I was given a Rubicon with all the bells and whistles. Vehicle was very clean and reliable. They will even pick you up. 5 stars and highly recommended.

1 because 0 is not an option. Came in admittedly after close but in dire need of assistance with my jeep. The sales person tried helping more then the service mgr who could only say he had 1 tech and couldn't get me in until the next Monday. Thankfully a friend helped me with the issue.
