I called to schedule an appointment for a safety recall repair of my windshield. I also wanted a code check as I have had an engine light come off and on.The individual on the phone stated that was not a problem.Upon arrival this morning I was told that the service department could only check the service light. Any repair if the windshield would have to be done on the mainland. This is not what I was originally told nor scheduled for.After shifting my entire morning schedule to make this appointment it was all for not. Wasted time! After 10 yrs here and avoiding the “local” dealership as many had warned, they got me…Never Again!!!

First available appointment was a week out. I made the appointment and scheduled a time. I was to get an oil change and a dash camera installed. I purchased the camera from my Ford awards points and brought it with me. Upon making the appointment I asked how long it would be, they asked if I would be waiting. No mention that my parts were “out sourced” and they do used out sourced product. I explained they came from Ford and when I made the appointment told the girl what I had. After I was approved they told me it would be 4 hour wait and $800.00. I drove a hour and twenty minutes for the appointment. Opted to only get an oil change. They could have told me this on the phone.

I went in to find put why my car had a jerky feeling when driving. They me it was exactly what it was.Unfortunately I couldn't leave it there to be fixed because they don't have loaners.However I am trusting that they will look into my warranty to help me find a way to leave it there so it can be fixed.Everyone there was polite and very understanding.I wish I would've went there to buy my car instead of Ford of Kendall, who knowingly sold me a lemon.

My front passenger side window broke and was stuck down. With no notice and an impending rain storm forecasted Sharon got me right in, had the parts in stock and completed the service as well as some routine maintenance in less than 3 hours.

Best service in the entire keys!!! Easy, Costumer service is top priority for Sharon and the team who go out of their way to drop you off and pick you up when the car is ready. The entire system was up to date so I easily looked it up on my car’s digital info. Kudos !!

Five Stars from start to finish… Would not go anywhere else to have my Ford F150 king ranch serviced locally here in Key West. Honorable mention to Sharon Wagner the service manager, who is just outstanding and very accommodating with my last minute request for an appointment.

I had a bit of an emergency and got my car in there. Sharon was able to fit me in, although she was very busy. Got my car back more quickly that I imagined, and Sharon is such a pleasant person ... and efficient!

The service was good, just a catastrophe with the property renovation going on. Five or so dealerships in one trailer, one line for servicing your vehicle, makes appointments pointless.They’re doing a great job with the situation though, the customers need to understand that it’s not a decision made locally before the go off like a few were that day.Thank you Sharon!

I cannot say enough about the service provided here. They all went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and take care off. I love the feature that they will give you a ride if you need to go to work or somewhere and call you when the vehicle is done.Thank you everyone and I will make this my go-to service place.

Made the appointment specifically for 8 AM. When I arrived at 7:45 I was told it was for 9AM. Left the service center btw 10:45 and 11 after the requested oil change.I was told I had dry rot on my Ford tires. That it is dangerous to drive with. Bought car in 3/19. Has just over 11,000 miles. In the 25 years I have lived here I never have had this issue. Was also told I had mold in my AC duct system. Once again this was a first for me. I’m following up w another mechanic on both these issues.
