This company has no desire to speak to their customers. They are awful and not communicative with their customers. They don't want to talk on the phone. I needed to update information on my account. It took 3 days. It was insane.

This place is insane. My husband and I booked a 5x5 LOFT unit here approximately 6 months ago for $67 a month. Just got an email that next month my new rate is $132. No reason for the change in price other than they technically can do what they want. I called Gator Storage on Staples and they are locking me in for A WHOLE YEAR! And way less money too. AVOID MIDGARD!
