Horrible experience. To change CPU fan in laptop took them ONE MONTH! Also they stole my SD card what was in the computer. Don't ever go to them, there is a lot of other computer repairs in Key West.

Had my computer 3 days and Alex returned it in the same crappy condition as I brought it. Installed 2 "Free" virus scans and charged me 75 bucks. Don't waste your money
