It's a wonderful place. Centrally located just off Duval. Walking distance from everything. The owners are great. The pool area is quiet and serene. There are zero negatives. Don't miss the free daily happy hour!

Key West Villas is a must stay. The owners, Kevin and Heather are amazing and they provide many great amenities, plus the location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked our next stay in Key West with them.

We just got home from an amazing three night stay at the Key west Villas. Wow, what a great place, the owners are amazing , the accommodations are great the snacks and happy hour ! The communication with the owners is great as well. 10/10 recommend pool was great , washer and dryer Al the things you could need they have !

Heather and her husband are amazing! The service you receive is the best. They have happy hour every day 4-5. The rooms are beautiful. Location is perfect spot.

This was easily one of the most charming and thoughtfully run hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, offering cold water by the pool, daily snacks, a delicious breakfast, and even a complimentary happy hour—all included. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience!

AMAZING AMAZING amazing ! My family went for spring break, Heather and Kevin made key west a home away from home. The location is one block away from Duval Street, breakfast included, happy hour, a pool and hot tub. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Looking forward to going back

10/10 recommend ! Heather and Kevin were the hostess with the mostest - it was an amazing experience. Great location, great ambiance and great place to stay. I can’t recommend this place enough plus the pool and wonderful breakfast daily makes it a no brainer. If you are staying in key west you should be staying in key west villas!

We stayed one night here in cottage 7 and it was absolutely the best stay! The owners are so nice and helpful, the grounds were beautiful and the cottage was awesome. There was breakfast, happy hour and snacks! We had a fantastic time.

A great place to stay in Key West! We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath Villa with a full kitchen. It is very well maintained with beautiful grounds. The Villa is exceptionally spacious with everything you might need. The owners Heather and Kevin are incredibly nice and gracious hosts. Every morning there is a very well stocked continental breakfast with bagels, muffins, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and teas. In the afternoon they had snacks like chips, cookies, cupcakes, candies, more than enough to keep you satisfied. Every afternoon also includes a happy hour with a shot of the day and wine, beer, soda and cocktails all served by Kevin. There is a pool and hot tub. The front porch is a great place to hang out during happy hour. The location is excellent, just a block off Duval street. Close but very little noise. We stayed in Villa #7

Quaint small villa with all the necessities. You have to ask for fresh towels as needed. Fans, extra blankets, and a safe were located in closets. Small, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup wipes were provided. Hair dryer was located in the bathroom cabinet. Beside lamp had two USB ports for phones and tablets. Front porch had four chairs to enjoy relaxation. Bicycles were available to rent for $10 a day.
There were torrential rains one day, and the street flooded right in front of my villa (see picture).
