The Key West Wildlife Center is cool. I went there once and saw a Pelican, and it’s in a beautiful area. Definitely worth going to. Have a great day!

Tom from Key West wildlife spent a couple of hours rescuing a beautiful Giant Egret this morning who had entangled itself with fishing line (possibly had a fishing hook too). Tom was so patient. A really great guy. The egret has been taken to their clinic. Thank you, Tom ???

I greatly appreciate the Key West Wildlife Center's prompt response in saving a bird at our facility. Their quick arrival was impressive and undoubtedly made a positive impact. However, it's worth noting that the rescuer's demeanor wasn't as friendly as expected.

Great organization, and you can tour their facility for free! Don't forget to give them a donation while you are there, they do a lot of good for the wild animals in the area ?

I called FWC about an injured kingfisher in my backyard. They forwarded me onto key west wildlife center. Mr. Thomas was at my house within 15 minutes and safely and gently rescued the kingfisher. My family is hoping for a full recovery! Thank you for what you do for our wildlife in the Florida keys!!!

What a great service these guys provide to the community wildlife!! I love the holding bins out front for any drop off's. The staff here was so informative and the grounds were immaculate! a must stop on your KW adventure :) support this organization!!

I’ve taken in multiple baby chickens that were injured, and whew these workers are so busy but remain kind to assist me. I even called back to see how one of the babies were doing and the worker told me the baby was already in the outdoor hen house with new mom ❤️ keep up the good work you guys are awesome.

I am so grateful for what they do. Each and every time I find an animal in distress they respond and do their best to rehab and release it!

Place is cute and needed. Helps rehabilitate injured birds. Hours are short, but I enjoyed.

Happened to walk by this wonderful place and stopped in for a visit - it is a hidden gem! A must-see for your visit to key west. The staff and volunteers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the work they do to directly benefit the lives of animals on the island is unmatched. Thank you ?
