Beautiful indoor & outdoor studio to practice while on vacation. The owner, Erika, was a delight & taught an excellent hip opener-themed class.

Beautiful tropical setting for yoga. Nice well rounded classes with knowledgeable instructors. I mistakenly signed up for the wrong session once and they were very understanding and just changed it for me. So nice!

A welcome note from Gretchen: Welcome to Key West Yoga Sanctuary's, Sevana School of Yoga. Sevana has been created over several years of observing; listening and watching humans, society, and the evolution of yoga globally. It is a response to climate and political change,, depression, anxiety, and the ongoing rapidly changing human experience. It is an opportunity to understand, deeply, the collective that we are part of and the responsibility that each of us have to realize our individual imbalances and limitations so that we can be here, be present for each other. We are incredibly honored and passionate about sharing the science and art of yoga as a therapeutic practice for all aspects of humanity.
