Horrible service. I have a 2019 jeep that has been stalling out because of the auto start system. Had this problem since i purchased this vehicle. Dont buy they will not help you.

My fiancé and I just moved to the Keys and needed a bigger car! We had an amazing experience, and got a great deal on our dream Jeep! Edgar, our sales rep. went above and beyond for us. The rest of the team was also very helpful start to finish !

WARNING... If you want your privacy violated & to be personally HARASSED, STALKED and BLACKMAILED by an employee of this dealership then by all means do business with them. We brought a car to them for service & was later blackmailed, stalked & harassed on the internet & via Direct Messaging by the Service Tech NATHAN BREWER. He illegally took pictures of our Mustang Super Snake that we took to the dealer for service work and when we put the car for sale 2 months later he used the pictures to spread lies about us and our car on the internet, repeatedly Direct Messaged us calling us liar's & making false claims about the car, all of which was done to try and buy the car cheaper with his best friend who just so happens to be the SERVICE MANAGER'S SON! The dealer REFUSES to do anything to this employee even though the harassment took place on their premises & on their companies time & they have blown us off - this is the only recourse we have AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PRIVACY & NOT BE HARASSED!!!

Went to Keys Auto Center with a check engine light on our 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Reggie was terrific, she contacted our home dealership and got all of our warranty info right away and even obtained rental car coverage info just in case we might need it. She arraigned a shuttle ride for us to a local spot to get a meal. Turned out to be a thermostat and was covered under our warranty and thy were able to get it fixed the same day. Reggie even gave us a US Air Force duck (my husband is retired Air Force) If you own a Jeep you know. Thanks Reggie and Keys Auto Center for getting us back on the road the same day so we can enjoy the rest of our vacation!

I went to Keys Auto with the intent to lease a vehicle but I ended up buying a new Toyota Camry. My seller’s name was Edgar Perez. He was very pleasant with me and my wife. It was so quick and easy to buy the car. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle go and see the guys at keys auto. I recommend them.

I recently purchased a 2023 4Runner Offroad Premium from these guys and I couldn’t be happy with the vehicle and the customer service they provided. Edgar was my sale associate and he was exceptional. I was very particular about what I wanted on the vehicle and and he told me upfront that it would be very hard for them to meet that request however he would do his best. He provided me his personal cell phone and told me he would be in touch. It wasn’t a week later he came back and told me the exact truck I wanted would be on the lot in a few weeks. The truck exceeded expectations and even had a few extras I was not expecting. The dealership also sold me the vehicle at MSRP which is somewhat unheard of in this region on high demand vehicles. The entire experience including the financing of the vehicle was easy and met all my expectations. I appreciate the fact that this dealership truly cares about locals and it’s reputation. Thanks again for making this happen!

Julie was excellent with helping my girlfriend and I get home from vacation ASAP. She took us right in when my water pump failed and was able to provide speedy shuttling services, accurate timing and repair cost figures. I took my 2007 Jeep Commander to check for a misfire. They kept it there for 3 1/2 weeks they said they checked all pistons and coils and everything seems to be in good condition they finally said it was the PCM. They replaced the PCM I paid $1900 they said the car had no more problems it was all taken care of. The next day the car would not idle right was jumping back-and-forth I called back was told to bring the car back. I called back they told me to bring the car in they had it from Monday to Friday they called me on Friday and said if I wanted to use it over the weekend it was probably the computer trying to settle In. I drove it Home took it for a ride and parked it I tried to restart it it began to blow blue smoke out the exhaust. I called Keys Auto Center in Key West they told me to bring it back they had it there for three days and then told me it was the starter it would cost $700 to fix. I ended up reaching agreement with the Service manager I buy the starter they put it in with no charge.I was already upset from all the problems and all the time they've had my car. Four days after that I got a call back from Keys Auto Center letting me know my engine was blown. I would have to pay $9000 for a new motor block. I spoke to the general manager about the problem But he brush it off like it was my own fault and told me to take my car home I had to get a tow truck and take my car home and that's the way they treat people here in Key West Florida hometown Keys Auto Center. Check all reviews and personal information of workers there before taking your car there that's my advice have a nice day.

Scammers. Avoid at all costs. I was down in the keys for a month and my Jeep was running poorly. I took it in for a check up and they said it needed a new fuel injector along with other items to be fixed…total bill was $3,000. I said I would wait till I saw my dealer at home…took it there said none of that work needed to be done…it was just bad gas. Stay away.

Julie at the service desk provided good customer service, but the cashier in the office across the room was terrible and should not be working in customer service. I went to pay for a $4k repair and she wouldn’t even give me time to look through the documents before I signed off on them. If I’m going to be shelling out FOUR FREAKING THOUSAND dollars, I’m going to want to look through the receipt before I sign and pay for it. Also, most dealerships will waive your diagnostic fee if you get your repairs done with them. They wouldn’t waive our $167 diagnostic fee on a $4k repair. I will never be coming back here as long as I’m in the Keys.
