In the right place at the right time but wow the prices are outrageous. In he middle of the nightlife in KW.

I can't imagine what the rent must be on this space so I understand prices being higher, but even so, the prices are ridiculously high and I mean more the 2x other places, they have a decent selection, caters to the tourists.
