BELIEVE THE REVIEWS - the guy working at night was disinterested in us even being there while face-timing someone from behind the counter. He then got belligerent and abusive when we disturbed a pile of shirts.

So my friend bought me a shirt to say thank you. It is the wrong size so I have been for 1 month trying to exchange for bigger size. So understand that I have account with life is good and have at least 15 shirts from them. So even though it's in the box they shipped it in and the tag , they refused to exchange it saying it didn't come from them. I even said I would pay for shipping, they absolutely refuse to exchange it for a larger size. They would still get the shirt back. This is supposed to be an American company that is supported by Americans. I have been a great customer and this is how they treat me. I know they don't care because they r so rich and losing 1 customer means nothing to them. It's ashamed how these companies treat faithful customers. Do not buy from them, they r garbage

We bought $176.30 of LIG items, the woman behind the counter said she didn’t ring it up right, so she did it again. I find out when we got home that she charged me twice, she refuses to refund me & the phone goes straight to voicemail. I contacted my bank & they said it’s up to the store in KW to refund me. I contacted LIG corporate in NH & they won’t help me get my money back because they are privately owned. But yet corporate sends them there LiG items. This is spelled out clearly It’s all FRAUD. LIG should stop supplying items to this store. They should be out of business. AVOID this store at all cost, don’t let this happen to you!
Very disappointed in LIG Customer Service, shame on you for not standing by your company & products.
LIG IS NOT GOOD ANYMORE!

We were never greeted by the young man behind the counter who was “Face Timing”with a friend and laughing the entire time we shopped the store. He never even made eye contact. The four of us are Life is Good lovers but had we see the google rating before hand we would not have come down from Marathon to shop.

Older lady behind the counter was just blaring some soccer game on Instagram the entire time at full volume. So rude and made me not want to even buy anything

please hire a new person. entire experience was ruined because the lady working the counter was blaring some video on her phone, even when i was checking out she still was more interested in her device then my purchase. consider firing this older lady.

The Life is Good store was well organized and stocked. The employee we talked to was very nice. Plenty of selection, with lots of original LG shirts as well as Key West LG shirts. Definitely worth a visit!

The store was clean and bright but this is where the good part ends. We were in the store looking for a hat but we were never acknowledged. The salesgirl was to busy watching a game to help us. No need to spend my hard earned money here when I can’t even get a hello.

Not the best store in Key West. The selection was pretty small and the guy working walked to the back room when we walked in. He never came back out for the 10 minutes we were in there. My wife was very excited to go here but we decided not to grab anything due to the lack of service and the pricing being kind of high. It was clean inside though.

I'm a Life is Good T-shirt collector. The shirts are very high-quality and quite comfortable. Even though the shop is on Duval (normally shops on Duval are quite expensive), I popped in there, number one, to get a reprieve from the heat; but, also to check out the merchandise. I did find a really nice shirt Normally $38 for $17. Nice savings and a nice prize to take home.

Nice store but the lady behind the counter doesn’t have good manners. She was annoyed by our presence. How could we disturb her and mess up the t-shirts trying to get the right size from the pile? She was focused on some loud russian speaking radio/podcast. We ended up buying a few t-shirts but that didn’t make her happy either…bad costumer service!

Not a great selection of clothing but more importantly, the saleswoman was rude. She never welcomed us into the store, never asked us if we needed/wanted help and never said bye/thank you for coming in. She just sat at the counter trying to make herself look busy. Certainly won't be visiting that store location again if I can help it!
