For the past 5 months I went to this store looking to buy a new phone and they never have nothing? Like how’s that works for a cellphone company?Not only that, the employees super lazy and bad mouthed, not even the minimum effort of order or reserved a phone for costumer’s.

This is the worst phone company that exists, especially the one in Key West. the employees are very rude to the customers, once my mom called asking if they spoke Spanish when the one who answered the phone said she didn't speak Spanish and yet she is Nicaraguan. and the other accident was that I was going to pay for my telephone line and they said that they did not have internet but that there were more computers open. they are the worst.

I was VERY confused with my new phone, Mary wàs AWESOME helping me. VERY patient! Have sent 2 people there, that wanted new phones!!

I qualified for an upgrade phone. Walked in and saw the discounted upgrade price advertised on all phones. Was charged full price and was told that they don't do the upgraded prices.

EVERY single time I go in the customer service is REALLY SLOW. I always come to pay my phone bill and it always takes long for something that simple.

I bought a phone and had to pay extra for the phone charger that should of been included with my phone. Then why I explained why should I have to pay the Manager and associate was very rude and laughed in my face. The worse Customer Service in Metro.

Went to upgrade my phone only to find out it would cost $150 had service for more than 3 years and my 1st phone was free so now that my phone isn't working I'll have to pay for a new one or get new # with new service ? ? ? very frustrating

The metro in key West sucks! They will try to rip you off they will say they don't have any of the phones that are on the floor because they want you to take the ones they're offering. Worst customer service ever

I bought a phone case and was told that I could return it within 30 days if it didn't fit my phone. I came back after 20 days because I went on a holiday and they said I needed to come back later when a store manager was there otherwise I could only get store credit. I went out of my way and came back a few days later only to be told that they cannot give me a store credit or return the case when it had not even been opened. I was lied to by three different people. I would not recommend doing business with this company or this office ever because they are clearly in it for the money and not the consumer. Waste of time and energy.

I went in the store 10/03/22 to get new service and I bought an iphone 11. Well Mariad set up my phone and said oh a case comes with the iphone 11 but we are all out of cases so I'll put on the liquid glass screen protector. I said get thank you. Well it was very busy and when she finished I paid with a credit card and she put the receipt in the bag and i drove back to Marathon. The store in Marathon was sold out of the 11 iphone. Once I got back home I looked at my receipt she charged me $49.45 for the supposedly free screen protector.invoice # 139581 . I would never ever buy a $49 screen protector !!! I tried to call the store several times and it goes straight to voice mail which is always full so I couldn't leave a message. I don't have 2 more hours to drive down there again so I called metro customer service and they can't refund me for the screen protector. I have to deal with the store. I hope the store manager sees this review and helps me out !!!

Mary Moya is GREAT in the key west store. She has excellent customer service skills. She really cares about the customer's needs and takes the time to make sure your needs are taken care of. My experience with her has been the best. Please recognize her
