I had the most wonderful experience with this locally owned business, and I will be using this company from now on.
I needed mail to be sent overnight on a holiday weekend, and everywhere in the Key West area was closed. UPS was supposed to be open with holiday hours online, but they were closed. I was fortunate to encounter a mail person unlocking the door and asked them if there was anywhere in the area that I could send overnight mail and they recommended Pak Mail.
I called to see if Pak Mail was open, and I had less than an hour to get there. Unknowingly, I spoke with the owner, John. He was so professional and kind.
Upon entering, two loving Pak Mail dogs approached me barking in a friendly way. The store was decorated with holiday flare, vreeting cards, books, candles, and candy!
Usually, I would say that the person I interacted with deserves a pay raise and promotion, but because John was the individual that assisted me, this is my way of paying things forward for him and his business.
He offered a variety of shipping methods and prices with a post stamp for the current date, even though the mail had already been picked up for the day. The date was printed on my receipt.
John also mentioned that a notary is available daily and the location has a printer!
In addition to his professionalism, he treated my child with a gentlemanly charm. I am so deeply grateful for his generosity.
If you want a professional experience with a small town ambiance that is even open on holiday weekends, this is the mailing center I recommend!

I recently left an item at a hotel in Key West. Pak Mail was so fast and efficient at returning my item to me. I called the store and someone answered immediately. They then emailed me everything I needed to know. I was able to reply to the email with my information and had my forgotten item returned to me within less than a week!

Love this place! The folks that work there are always so nice and helpful. Having a mailbox here has been a lifesaver for us since we live on our boat and the Marina doesn’t accept mail. It’s also extremely easy to drop off outgoing packages since they ship FedEx, UPS, & USPS. They’re a one-stop shop!
We also love seeing the gentle & friendly pups in the lobby when we stop in to pick up our mail/boxes. Highly recommend them for all of your mailing needs!

DO NOT sign mail here!!! These guys are the most disrespectful bunch of folks I've ever seen!! I delivered a box with a UPS label on it. They had so much time playing Minecraft and they were so lazy and delivered the box right today. I ordered it on August 24 and arrived NOW?! Plus, the man charged me with $19. I won't be back!! FL just gains worthless people!

We ran in at the end of the day on a Friday and they could not have been more accommodating. They did an excellent job handling our fragile shipping request. Packages almost beat us home! Highly recommend and appreciate their services!

The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They know how to pack and ship! They rent mailboxes too and are a UHaul rental facility. And friendly dogs!
