“We love our wagadoodle collars! We stopped by their shop while in Key West and they are now our go to for our pups! If we can’t make the drive down we order them by mail. They are delivered prompt and exactly as ordered. The collars are well made and they have a HUGE selection. The service has ALWAYS been superb. We love the fact that we can get collars that are special to us (we usually put our boys in blue and girls in pink). If you want to get away from the “store bought” options you should definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.”
“The manager always always has an attitude. Lmao I used to come to this store all the time and she genuinely made me hate/stop going there. The rest of the employees are amazing always so sweet. The manager though she needs to take a class In how to talk to customers, get a different job or something. Only big pet store on the island and it’s sad that I’ve also had this conversation with many other locals. I only come to this store if I absolutely have to. If I could leave zero Stars for the manager alone I could.”

“we were on vacation in key west and stopped in to visit this store. The owner had a dog tuffy toy on display wearing one of the dog shirts she carries. I asked if the dog was for sale because he looked like our dog. She stated he wasn't it was only on display for the clothing. She then said let me see how much he was and I will call you with a price. The dog is no longer available but she would sell him to us and she gave us more than a fair price. we went back and bought a few more items. She went above and beyond for us and you can tell. she really care about animals. I highly recommend The Blue Cat!”
