“I'm just trying to balance out the numbers here, googled it to see how early they opened and was surprised at the low rating. Been using this post office for almost ten years and the clerks are always polite and professional. So what there was a long line probably around lunchtime so you leave the postal service a one star review? It's the government postal service. You get about the same customer service at the UPS and fedex locations atound here anyways.”
“I have a good experience when I go to the post offices in Key West, I guess because I dont expect quick service. When I have questions about the best way to send my products, theyre always up for researching to check for me. They have saved me many times from overpaying. The lines can be long here if you pick the wrong time. Everyone seems to go during lunch and expect quick service because their time is limited, so seeing a long line can be frustrating, but I think the workers, for the most part, know what they're doing and work really quickly to get it done. I also know that when people are standing in line huffing and puffing and giving the 1 worker dirty looks like that'll make them move faster only mess with their moods and energy to match yours.”
