Total disregard for the law with meds. As a new patient, I can't get into most doctors here due to availability. I drove 8 hours and a day off of work to visit my doc IN person and Publix just canceled my scripts with no call no email or anything bc they THOUGHT it was just telehealth. Yes FT Lauderdale and back is a drive but it's nice on a Friday to get off the islands sometimes as needed. Driving up seeing the doc and having a weekend away is nice.

People in deli refused to cut me meat and cheese when I asked cuz the boarshead box was empty and the woman said something in a different language and they all laughed....I am disgusted with the blatant disrespect they showed me I’ll be sure to refer my friends to Winn Dixie from now on...have a good day!

Publix pharmacy sold me a medication that is defective and WILL NOT give me my money back !!!!! I had to pay again for a partial refill at the other Publix in Key West. They wouldn't give me any credit for the BAD medication either AND subtracted a full refill ,for a partially filled prescription

very disappointed! went to get my grandmothers soup and seen 2 men with 2 carts full of soups and peanut butter still in the boxes didnt even make it to the shelves, went to ask costumer service why isn't there a limit on stuff in a time like this? she told me her manager said there was no need to do so.

missing jasmine rice for more than a week miss blue bell ice cream for more than a week the bread is horrible publix used to be so great now is suck missing big selections of products
