I need to have bloodwork drawn regularly. Brandon and all the staff at the Key West location are professional, polite and extremely efficient. I definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Also the office is extremely clean which I appreciate.

The website was easy to navigate and the pre-check kiosk was fast and easy to read. The staff was very alert and informative. The young man in front end service was very comforting and explanatory to the lobby keeping us informed of the timeline. My experience with the young woman that checked me in and handled my testing was very professional and friendly at the same time. My appointment was for 1:30 and it was right on time even due to them being short staffed(which they transparently explained). It was fast, friendly and efficient. They were clean and attractive.

I want to take a moment to recognize Susan. This morning I went into Quest and had to get an ample amount of blood drawn and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I always feel weary when I have to get my labs done but today was completely different.

I was on vacation down in key West when I had to do my 3 hour glucose test for my pregnancy. Susan attended me and I just have to say that she is an absolute sweetheart. I unfortunately fainted and fell ill and couldn't finish my test. She was there for me every step of the way. Made me feel safe and taken care of.
Thank you Susan for being so nice and professional. I'm grateful to have had you be the one to attend me.
