Very friendly and helpful staff. Picked up some cigars as a gift and they were tremendously patient and spoke with our family member on the phone to help decide what cigars to buy as a gift because we are non smokers. Great experience!

The factory tour is worth the price of admission. I went with my girlfriend and we both had a great time. Danny is a great teacher and made the whole experience fun. It doesn’t hurt that the cigars are perfect too! Definitely take the tour and pick up a sampler box to try while you’re here
