This place has the worst service ever. Basically cancelled our reservation as we were there. Do not recommend having to deal with this

Manager cancelled our reservation upon arrival, citing an age policy which isn’t listed on their website. Called in advance to ask about this, was assured it would not be an issue, only to be told a different story once we arrived.

Very disappointed, surprised to find out the free parking is 3.5 blocks away next to a bar. The rooms are small, the breakfast poor, fruit is dry tables out side under a canopy that leaked during the rain. The staff leaves at 6pm daily returning at 10am, there was a person trying to put out breakfast around 9am. They charge a Resort fee for a sunken hot tub the size you would find in your back yard. Never again, very over priced.

Nice, quiet, but still centrally located hotel. All hotspots are very easy to reach on foot. The rooms are furnished to match Key West. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the hotel. Only the loud air conditioning could be replaced. And the “Crazy Chicken” wakes you up at 6:00 in the morning :-D. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is OK. The hotel's free parking spaces should also be highlighted positively.

Very pleasant accomodation just off Duval Street in Key West. The room was nicely appointed, clean, and quiet. Raquel at the front desk was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. Parking was a few blocks away.

This is a great place to stay. My wife and I were there for our 25th anniversary and had a wonderful stay. Room is small, but perfect for us. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good size with nice shower and we had a very nice deck area to enjoy morning coffee and late night drink. Location is perfect, a few hundred yards from Duval and quick walk to Southern Most point in US. While close to Duval (very busy street), the neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommend!Rooms: Small but perfect for two people. Bigger rooms are available.Walkability: Quick walk to restaurants, bars and activities.

I was charged twice. When I reported the problem they refused to help me and were rude and disrespectful.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are great, not big by any means, but more than enough room for 2 people. Adorable small pool in a quaint and cozy courtyard. Most rooms have some type of terrace or open onto pool. Would definitely stay there again.Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfortable with good water pressure.Nearby activities: Right in the middle of everything but not noisy at all (except the island roosters...lol)Walkability: Walk to anywhere on Duval easily. They also have bikes.Food & drinks: Great Tavern next door with really good food. All of Duval steps away.

Stayed at the Seascape Inn just two weeks agoWanted to stay at another hotel, but by time started making my reservations, their hotel was not available so I called the Seascape Inn. The receptionist actually gave me a little break on the price and we book this Havana suite which consist of : bedroom ,kitchen ,bathroom, and I woke up loft, very pleased with my choice. The place was nicely decorated - made me feel like you was at home - clean and pleasant and in such a convenient location right off Duval Street. Everything about this place is greatI love coming to Key West and on my next visit I will stay here again definitely

The place was adoreable! Loved our small room up on the terrence. It was very clean, and loved the mini fridge. Only stayed one night, so we didn't even watch TV. They offered towels, drinks, and has ice machine near hot tub(which we never had time to use). We got lucky and parked in the street a couple doors down. No place to unload vehicle because some random truck blocked the only driveway there used for that purpose. Otherwise they offer parking is believe she said 4 blocks away. Close to Duval st. We rented their bikes for $10 for 24h. Quite pricey to stay here, but worth it. Staff was nice people. Breakfast was cold, but access to microwave. Would stay again.

I do have to say the staff was very friendly. Rooms where very nice and clean. The only reason I gave this property 3 stars is for the breakfast it lame nothing to eat that’s worth the price you pay to stay here plus the resort fee. It’s all old and dry there is nothing that says WOW. We went out for breakfast after the first day. For what you pay they should make your food special to you like Andrew’s Inn next door.

No complaints. Clean, quiet, cute, good hottub, 30 second walk to Duval Street. They even supply ear plugs (the key west roosters start making noise at 5am) if you ask the front desk. The private parking lot (included in room price) was a 7 min walk away, which isn't the most convenient, but there is a small driveway at the inn that can be used for loading / unloading luggage. There is a couple of free street parking spots but it seems you'd have to get very lucky to get one. Very nice place would return.Rooms: Cute and clean.Nearby activities: Amazing food 3 min walk in any direction. Multiple beaches within a 5 min drive. Plenty of shops and bars.Walkability: 30 second walk to Duval Street.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE: owner became aggressive, engaged in discrimination, called the police and lied to them. We had an awful experience all the way around. Our room was not ready at check in time, despite us receiving a call that it was ready hours earlier. The receptionist was unhelpful. We were asked to leave our task trained medical alert service dog in the hot car while waiting on the owner to come approve him. The owner showed up and was immediately aggressive. He asked for an ADA service dog number, which doesn’t exist. I tried to show him the ADA requirements, Florida law, and the note from the doctor (all above and beyond what he is legally allowed to ask for), and he would not even look at it.He called the police, lied to them, and told them we forced our way into the property (after they checked us in, gave us keys and a parking pass). The police arrived, evaluated the service animal, and informed the owner he was engaging in discrimination, and opening himself up to litigation. He kicked us out anyway. After gathering our things, we chatted with the police officer outside who said he’d never seen anything like it, and provided us with information for a lawsuit.Avoid at all costs. There are many better options nearby in the same price range where you won’t have to deal with volatile, dishonest management.
