There is no office so you must call the manager to get information. Overall I'm extremely happy with these storage units!”

“I have booked storage with Midgard via phone call and the booking process was smooth. Going to storage facility was a nightmare, couldn’t access the storage even after making 4 calls to the company and speaking to different people, only to find out that the storage facility address on contract was the wrong address.Eventually Tim from Midgard text and gave correct address and instructions. Which is the only reason why I give 4 star. But because of this address misinformation, I still can’t access my storage on MyStorPal. The tech at Midgard needs saving, no one seem to know how fix this issue.”
