I bought a mug from this place yesterday that had a $14.99 pricetag on it. I was told my total was $16- something as I was paying at the cash register. After I got back to my hotel, I saw a charge of $27.92 on my card. Someone is obviously stealing money at this place.

Was overcharged by a few dollars for my key lime juice and wouldn’t have realized unless I asked to see the receipt. I don’t normally leave reviews but to scam someone on top of being unbelievably rude is unacceptable. Do this lady a favor and stay out of her store.

The service here is atrocious!The young African American cashier never made eye contact with me while ringing up my purchases. No hello, no smile, nothing. I paid for my stuff, no thank you, no please, NOTHING!I made a comment to her about her apparently not liking her job and she unleashed a series of "F" bombs on me that was truly comical.

It's the only "one stop shop" on Duval for items you'll need after arriving in Key West, but you'll pay airport prices. Do yourself a favor and walk 3 minutes north to CVS instead, you'll save 30%+ on everything. I had one of their hot sandwiches and it was tasty and filling for the price.

The prices stuck on the goods did not correspond to the prices quoted. When we pointed this out, we were rudely told that they knew their prices and whether. Such a person can spoil the mood! You'd better avoid this shop.

Prices are high compared to other shops around. We went to pick up some souviners and found a neighboring store with much cheaper prices. Avoid this store if you'd rather not get ripped off.
