The quote I received was too high so I went with another sign company. As I watched my vinyl being installed I noticed a Signs Unlimited pick up truck exchanging some very unpleasant words with the installers and then speeding off in a huff. Apparently they are too competitive and not in a healthy way. After witnessing this I am VERY glad I did not use them.

Highly recommend this shop! Ed & his team have been excellent to work with; professional, friendly and patient with us during the process of having my 16’ Hewes fully wrapped. My boat went from looking like a tired, old 2005 boat to looking brand new! I could not be happier and cannot recommend Signs Unlimited enough! Thank you again.

Will not do the work will take your deposit and lie to you . Took in a Frame board to get redone and to get yard signs made . now some how they have nothing there so they stole the a frame board and deposit . Ed son took the deposit and the a frame board and now no one knows anything. I would not go there . Go to deep blue they do a amazing job they are very honest they return calls they actually do what they say that They are going to do. Big mistake Using signs unlimited . Probably should’ve ran when I walked in and The place reeked of marijuana.

Really really slow and frustrating to work with. Make you feel like an afterthought on small projects like boat names. Very nice and accommodating if you are standing in the shop but if you need anything else and try to contact them for it forget it. Definitely don’t try to get anything done unless you are physically present in the store. You have to hound and hound and hound them. I would go elsewhere to be honest. That being said, they did a great job on my boat name but I still cannot get some information I requested about it even after being told twice “I’ll get that right over.” I give up.

I used Signs Unlimited for boat lettering. They are very nice but painfully slow. After several attempts to get anything done I just went in to the store. Zack was accommodating and helped me while I was there. When you're not directly in from of them, getting someone to get back to you really tough. Finally got the boat name and it is perfect. I feel like if you're not spending thousands on a boat or car wrap or something you are an afterthought. Trying to get information about my design now to send to my website designer and no luck. Just keep getting "I'll get that right over" and then nothing. I guess I've already paid so no need to respond. Honestly, I would go elsewhere.

This is so frustrating! First off, I would like to say that I COMPLETELY understand that he is busy, however, being busy does not excuse a business for providing zero communication after payment was made. I inquired about custom shirts on March 17. Ed was very responsive to all my emails, answered all my questions very quickly and diligently. Ed quoted me a price of $505.25 which I paid that same day. I hadn't heard from him since so I sent him a follow up email in regards to my order on March 20. He sent me a response stating that he will have proof coming the beginning of the week and then we could move into production. Okay, no problem. I waited for the proof but had not received anything so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I hadn't heard from him in a while so I sent another follow up email on April 9th asking about the status of my order and the proof of the artwork that he had said he was going to send over. I had not heard back from him. Again, I waited and still nothing. So on April 14th, I sent him an email asking for a refund as I have waited for him and had not heard back at all. Still, I did not hear from him so I called his store at 10 am on the week of April 12. His associate stated that he was not in but took my contact and would have Ed call me when he got in at 12p. I called the store back at 3p since I had not heard from him and Ed stated, "you're the one wanting the refund? I'm reading your email right now, I'll get back to you when I'm done." Needless to say he did not get back to me nor did he confirm my refund. I wrote a review on the FB page of my experience. He responded rather quickly which was the fastest that I have seen him respond since making my payment. He stated that he had refunded my payment of $505.25 on April 14 at 11:59pm and that it would be available the next day. I waited a week to check as sometimes refunds can take 3-7 business days. I called my bank and inquired and they stated that they do not see any incoming refund requests. I tried to get a hold of Ed but to no avail. I took down my first review on his FB page as an act of good faith but seeing that he has not followed through on his end, I wrote another review to which he took down. It's not so much about the money as it is about the principle. Again, I understand that he may be extremely busy but when I go to an establishment for work, there is a certain level of expectation. I do expect a business to follow through with a work, I do expect a job to send SOME sort of communication (not just when a negative review is posted), I do expect the business to take accountability instead of making it seem like I don't have time. If he had just responded to my early emails stating "I'm really busy, I'll get back to you" sure, I'd understand but he ghosted me since I made the payment and getting in contact with him in regards to anything about my order has been difficult. I believe asking for the status of my order after 2 weeks of making payment is reasonable, asking for a refund for a service not rendered with no communication is reasonable, and asking for proof of refund after communicating with my bank is pretty reasonable. There may be a reason as to why the last positive review he got on FB was 2 years ago.

This business has been so frustrating to work with. First, I would like to say that I completely understand that Ed is a busy person, however, being busy does not excuse a business from essentially ghosting a client after payment is rendered. I inquired about custom shirts on March 17th, Ed was very responsive to all my emails and answered all my questions very quickly and diligently. Ed quoted me a price of $505.25 for the work which I paid that same day. Since making the payment I had not heard from him so I sent a follow up email in regards to the status of my order on March 20th. He sent me a response stating that he would have proof coming the beginning of the week and then we could move into production. Okay, no problem. I waited for him to send the proof that ever came but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I sent another follow up email on April 9th telling him that I did not receive the proof of the artwork but I had not heard back from him. At this point, I was irritated. It's been a month and I had no artwork, no shirt, and no communication. I sent Ed an email asking for a refund as I was not able to effectively communicate with him in regards to my order, still I got no response. I called his store on April 12 and asked if I could get a refund on my order, the associated informed me that Ed was not in at the moment be he would return in 2-3 hrs and would call me back. Needless to say, he did not call me back so I called his store again. He responded with, "you're asking for a refund, I'm reading your email right now and I'll get back to you." He never got back to me... I took to his FB and wrote an honest review based on my experience. He responded rather quickly and stated that he has submitted the refund on April 14 at 11:00 pm and that I should receive it the next day. I took down my review in FB as an act of good faith and waited a week to check on the refund. When I did not see the refund, I sent Ed an email asking if he could possibly send me a statement or proof of refund as I had not received it yet. I followed up with my bank who stated that they had not seen any incoming refund request. Ed did not respond at all... I wrote another FB review and this one he either reported or took down. It's not so much about the money as it is about the principle of it. If a business states they are going to do something, I, as the client, expect them to follow through. If the client pays for a service I expect for the business to provide said service. In his FB response to me, he stated that he needs at least 2 weeks to fully devote himself to a project. It's been a month with practically zero communication.
