What an amazing establishment! I was in dire search for a storage unit and had called each and every storage place I could find online and none were as helpful as the manager I spoke to, I think her name was Michelle or Melissa or something like that. She helped calm my anxiety and was great with explaining everything to me. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Beyond grateful for this storage facility! It has been a safe haven for my grandfather’s belongings since being displaced when his home burned. Melissa has been SO helpful over the months while we’ve needed it the most! I’ve got 3 units now and I can’t tell you how grateful I am to know his belongings are being kept safe during this trying time. Thank you so much!! #ConchStrong

Rude customer service disreputable management. Treat paying customers like plantation workers. Every complaint is net with knee j*** reaction to blame customer.

We were renting a stoarge unit here and the hurricane irma happened. Even though i took pictures of obvious roof damage to the stoarge facility from Irma they say that they don't cover rising water damage. Also, several weeks passed before they would even allow anyone into their stoarge units after the storm and we needed to clean it out before mold and mildew began to set in. Needless to say but mold and mildew had set in before we were allowed into the stoarge unit. On top of everything, they have yet to unlock the dumpster on site or any other means to allow us to clean out our damaged belongings. They say they are waiting on thier main office to set something up. By the time we can clean it out I am sure most of what we have in stoarge will be a complette loss. DO NOT USE THIS STOARGE.
