I am not sure where to start…. We have stayed at this Inn for 5 nights because we spent over $2000 that was not reimbursable (the only reason why we’ve stayed) and to start again,I would have spend another $2000 to make sure we would have enjoyed our stay. This place needs tremendous amount of work to bring it somehow acceptable up to date. I cannot believe how the place looks & feels for over $400 / night. Bed skirts that never been washed, towels that are stained. But repellent smell in the room. “Pool” which is only included with the largest unit. The one with the “regular room” is more like a hot tub sized Cold water that is definitely not maintained. Dusty baseboard. Overall not a good experience.Hard bed, A/C window for $400 / night, the owners seems nice & genuine but unfortunately we do have to leave a honest review. We are in the same industry and we would never let our guest experience what we did. Here’s are pictures to support our not recommandable experience. To any potential guest reading this review, simply do your research, there will be much nicer places for same amount of $ or less. We truly feel the need to disclose this in order to have no one else experience this. With honesty,André.

Quiet neighborhood. Very serene. Very KW. Mark is an excellent host and will book your excursions or any needs you may have. Will definitely return. Hidden gem.?

We spent 8 days and enjoyed the peace and quiet here. We felt like we had privacy. The Inn is beautiful and rooms spacious. The service is incredible and our host Mark made sure we had everything. Mark can also book all your excursions. The beach is only a 5 minute walk. We are already planning our next trip to Key West in May 2024 and definitely coming back to Suite Dreams Inn. Thumbs all the way up!

This inn is within two blocks of a house we owned in Key West. The rooms are great. Very peaceful and in the Casa Marina district which I like the best. I would stay here every time I come to town. Owners Gail and Mark really set this place up for a nice visit. I highly recommend Suite Dreams.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The resort is lovely and the rooms were very well equipped. It's on a quiet street, so it's easy to relax, but it's only a small walk to the beach or to downtown. The pool is a nice place to relax when the beach gets too busy or hot, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating.

January 2023 - I've been to Key West for several years and would not recommend staying here.First, it is too far out from Duval street and if you want to go and enjoy island restaurants and activities make sure you have a motorized cart or be prepared to Uber everywhere. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms/shower in the Hemingway Suite are smaller than what you have on a cruise ship. Pull out bed was awful and the furniture that you sat on was as hard as a rock. All of us have bites from some type of bug that was in every room. I don't think they were bed bugs but they might have been no-seeums. All 7 of us have mosquito type bites on our legs and arms. Window drapes, bed sheets and bed covers are old and need to be replaced. Air conditioning vents have mold and need to be cleaned. You have no control of your air conditioning temperature. It is controlled by the manager.Too many common walls in this home/condo. We shared a common wall with a couple in the Duval suite for three days. They played their TV 24 hours a day for three days and did nothing but smoke cigarettes. No Smoking is permitted but housing manager did not enforce it. I had to place a towel at the base of our hallway door so the smoke would not enter our area. For what we paid for one week - it was definitely not worth it. Better values can be found on the island. We had a large group and were questioned as to why we needed additional towels. Buy your own toilet paper otherwise what they give you is nothing but onionskin.Additionally, the toaster in the kitchen takes at least ten minutes to toast any type of bread.for what we spent - it was not worth it at all.

We stayed two nights at the Suite Dreams Inn. The suite we had was spacious and clean. Mark, the owner put some snacks in the room for us and provided a couple bottles of water. The Inn is a short Uber ride from Duval street and there are tons of Uber drivers. I'll definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Suite Dreams. The suite was clean and comfortable and the gardens were quite lovely. Mark and Gayle do a great job of making you feel welcome! They offer some great suggestions for Key West and are located in a quiet, yet convenient location. The bike rentals were the way to go!

Not only are the owners kind and accommodating, the rooms are clean and welcoming. The nicest home-like place I've ever stayed at. My family absolutely loved the Hemingway Suite and we all enjoyed being able to bbq and relax poolside with palm trees above, simply perfect!

We stayed in the Sunset suite with my sister and her husband. We had a great stay. It was a nestled in a quiet area of Key West so we slept well. The beds we comfy. There was coffee and pre-packaged snacks to get us started. The suite was clean and cozy. The guesthouse was not too far from the water and beach area or the hopping areas on Duval. We walked everywhere. Mark was super helpful with what tours to do and which business gave you the best experiences. We did the Hemingway House, the Little White House, a Sunset Tour, and the train. Mark was able to get us our tickets at the guesthouse before leaving for the day. Thank you Mark for a great stay!!

So far, love this place. Very secluded even in the middle of other homes. Room was clean and cheerful. Proprietor was already gone when we arrived. Texted him to let him know we were there, immediately called us and told us how to get into the lockbox to get our key. Lights/ac were already on when we arrived in our room. Eats within walking distance so made for a nice stroll before and after dinner.

Stayed in the old Town suite (amazing! Get this one if you can!) It was super cute and cozy. Loved the cute lil amenities (fresh mangos off the tree!). Great location close to everything (we walked mostly) but yet off the beaten path. It was a private paradise. The owner was a genuine nice guy, he helped book us an amazing outing and had great local recommendations. Great memories for our first trip to key west! Can't wait to return

This was our third stay at Suite Dreams. New ownership since our last visit, but still the same excellent experience. The Duval Room is perfect for a couple that spends most of the day exploring the Keys. Love the patio and dipping pool. Location is perfect with easy access to Duval Street by bike.

What a fantastic hidden gem! Mark was very accommodating, the scenery/foliage was spectacular, and the pool in the Hemingway house was beautiful. Loved the kitchen and outdoor Living area. We used the bbq grill and made a couple meals. My family really enjoyed our stay Suite Dreams!

We stayed in the Hemingway Retreat for $900/night. For that price, and based on other reviews, I thought it would be a luxurious spot for a group of 5 friends. The towels were well worn, the bed linens were well worn, the shower stalls were quite small such that my elbows nearly touched the walls while trying to shampoo, the pull out couch was not comfortable for my friend, the bed in one of the rooms was only marginally comfortable and squeaked with small movements, the security lock that led to all the entire inn was broken so the door was left unlocked, the snacks were a few granola bars, we killed a cockroach in the kitchen. The owner was quite pleasant, no complaints, the dipping pool out back was nice. However this was far from what I expected for $900/night, and it was not good for a group of friends because the bathrooms were both en suite so the person on the couch had to creep through a bedroom at night to reach a bathroom. At this price I expected plush linens, towels, beds, bathrooms, and functioning locks on the door leading into the property. I will not be returning.
