Thanksgiving buffet was extremely overpriced for the quality of food. Service was horrible - no water refills etc.... Not worth $120 per person!!!! Extremely disappointed.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner experience. Service, food, and location was outstanding. Would definitely do this again.

We were lucky because we got to change our seats to outside, way too noisy inside. Desserts were lacking. Service was excellent. Ambiance was beautiful. Some of the food was not filled up and cold. And no one told us what to do when we got there.

Too loud as usual. The music does not need amplification, it should be in the background. Prepackaged, precooked turkey does not an expensive meal make. And keeping your silverware is just ridiculous for $150pp!

We typically do not go to a buffet but the holiday buffets at Casa Marina in Flagler's restaurant are amazing! the variety of foods available, including fresh seafood, prime rib, salads, desserts—-worth the cost and the experience!!

The food is good. The brunch that is mentioned on the website is only on F/S/S. The menu is sparse but the items are prepared well. If you are staying at the hotel and utilize room service, the service is ok but delivered in plastic like you would take home leftovers in a restaurant. The supposed higher end hotel does not deliver with plates. I guess the days of service have disappeared from Hilton unless you are at the actual Waldorf.

the food was over priced. for what we got, service was bad. couldnt get used plates removed from table. spilled water in the floor next to our table and had to ask to clean it up so no one would fall. no service from waiter wasnt that many tables full at 130. i own a travel agency. i would not recommend that place to clients that go to key west.

We participated in the Mothers Day Brunch Buffet. We were looking forward to it. We were seated without delay. While waiting for our server to come to our table, another server spilled 5 glasses of proseco on my wife and then dropped the glasses to the floor where they smashed in multiple pieces. The server apologized and was clearly shaken. We were moved to another table. NO ONE from management came to our table to apologize to my wife whose dress was soaked. They stood at the front of the restaurant and pointed towards our table but did not have the common courtesy to come to see how she was and what they could do to improve the rest of our experience. Overall, it ruined the entire Mothers Day brunch. A restaurant is part of the hospitality industry. This was not a planned event and things like this do happen, but to not hear one word from the restaurant management demonstrates that they don't understand that they are there to PLEASE their customers.

Although it was a very busy Mother's Day Brunch, the staff was great and attentive handling small tables and large groups. The food choices provided numerous options, and topped off with delicious dessert bites. We did not have children with us, though appreciated the great table of food choice just for pre-teen appetites.

The food was so-so but not worth the price. The Ballroom is beautiful but they put very little effort into the Easter decor... my one glass of wine was $28 dollars!!! Definitely not going back next year!

The food quality and variety were much lower than I expected from an Easter buffet costing $110 + mandatory 18% tip. There are at least a dozen restaurants in Key West that offer much better breakfast/brunch food at sign I lower prices. The Flagler Room, also, is sadly lacking in ambiance. Not even close to its past glory, in all respects.

We had the Easter buffet and it was fantastic. All the food was delicious. There were so many items to choose from, from sushi to prime rib. The desserts were super with a wide variety to pick from. Vanessa our server was very good, she took great care of us. Very glad we decided to have Easter brunch at Flaggers.

We love coming for breakfast but this time they did not have the buffet. It would have been nice if the posted that on the website or other social media as we came over just for that. We ordered off the menu and the eggs came out wrong, the tea was watered down, and the cantaloupe was rancid we literally had put it in a napkin from our months. It was disappointing and not what we have been used to from this lovely place.

We hadn't eaten here in a few years, and decided to give it a try again. So glad we did! The food was excellent, our server, Kristina, was a sweetheart and took such good care of us! We had the lamb dish and the lobster ravioli, and both were delicious. We will definitely go back.
