Unfortunately this is not a true corporate T Mobile location. They can’t help with everything. I’m a long time T Mobile customer and just wanted to buy a new phone to swap out my old one. Unless I updated my plan they wouldn’t help me. I assume that is how the franchisee makes their money? Days later I was in Miami and the actual corporate T Mobile location helped me right away. In and out in like 10 minutes. Have low expectations for support at the Key West “authorized retailer” location.

Best experience with an authroized retailer store. I was looking at getting a specific phone and had to switch to T-Mobile to get it. Switching took seconds after I selected my plan. New phone worked seamlessly. I was switching my whole family and Carlos the GM waited next to me to talk to them across the country to help them get their phones switched. Even decided to get a Galaxy Watch because of the amazing service. Truly the best experience I've had.

Came here with my phone being unresponsive after an update, they verified my issue, helped me to update my phone, verified and fixed an issue caused by care that I got on my account and also answered every question about my phone on the most professional way possible. You earned a loyal customer! Thank you!

What a bunch of losers working here. I went in to see about getting service and these fools had no idea even how to speak English, secondly the place smells horrible. I went to Verizon where their customer service is very good and the place is upkept. Don’t waste your time or money on tmobile, hacks

T-Mobile customers - BEWARRE! Unfortunately, the associates at this store are not people of integrity. Triple check your receipts and your online account. My aunt (who is on my plan) went in to upgrade her phone and was successful in doing so. What she had not realized was that Jose Martinez with this branch added two lines to our account - one for an Iphone 12 and the other for a Tablet. Thankfully, T-Mobile ALWAYS texts with updates and I was able to cancel the two extra unwanted lines before being charged for their theft every month. I am appalled that this kind of behavior exists but remain grateful that when I called T-Mobile, they went in and immediately addressed this issue to alleviate my concerns.

Avoid at all costs. They won’t even recognise that you walked in and then on top of it you wait 10 minutes with T-Mobile. They will do anything to avoid doing work here… just call T-Mobile for support much nicer and great service there

I went here and needed help with a problem charging my phone, the guy was no help said they don’t ‘clean’ the phone. Had no suggestions for me or anything other than to call apple care. I’ve had sprint for a long time before t-mobile bought it out and it’s been the worst experience for me.So I went to Verizon and they took my phone looked at it for .5 seconds, cleaned out the little port and it worked fine. Totally something I could’ve done with even the slightest inclination that that’s what it needed but no one told me that at t mobile. So very kind of Verizon to do that.
