The Key West Home Depot is a go-to destination for the local community, offering a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies to tackle any home improvement or gardening project. Customers praise the knowledgeable and helpful staff, with one reviewer highlighting the excellent assistance provided by an employee named Bobby. The store is described as a "best place to shop for furniture" with magnificent appliances and a unique style compared to other Home Depot locations. Parking can be a bit crowded at times. However, not all experiences have been positive. One reviewer expressed frustration with rude employees and high prices, preferring to shop at Ace Hardware instead. Another customer had a disappointing encounter with a cashier who they felt was not qualified for the job and treated them poorly in front of other customers. Despite this, the store is generally well-regarded, with one long-time Key West resident calling it "one of the best stores ever" due to the friendly and willing-to-help staff. An employee named Wayne was noted for his dedication, taking pride in his work and selflessly picking up trash on the beach. Overall, the Key West Home Depot strives to serve the community with a wide selection of home improvement and gardening products, along with helpful and knowledgeable staff, though some customers have had less than satisfactory experiences.
Just want to thank David Ingram in the garden tools department for all his help dealing with our power washer issue. He solved our problem.

Rachael is awesome. After asking several floor employees for help, Rachael showed up like an angel. She did not rush me and was able to fix my issue on the spot.

Great Home Depot with bedding, building materials, furniture and magnificent appliances. Simply walking in, you will find yourself in another style of home Depot; it is a best place to shop for furniture if you're not looking for one. It is great to know that we have a place like this in Key West. Parking was a bit overloaded.
