I provided a check for deposit and my banks’ shipping address to a clerk. Clerk entered the address into computer, I confirmed address, address label was printed and stuck to envelope, Envelope and contents were weighed. Check was placed into unsealed envelope.I paid shipping fee. Clerk asked if there was anything else she could do for me. I left. Envelope arrived at my bank in KY as scheduled. Envelope was empty with no contents. UPS does not answer its phone nor return calls.
