Can't wait to video record this post office on my next vacation

Literally the best experience I have ever had at a USPS. My call was answered quickly and I received immediate help in finding a box to ship my vacation souvenir. Super friendly and attentive staff. 5 stars!

The amazing thing about this post office is that it is exactly like every other post office you’ve ever been to.

This post office is full of the laziest people. Calling them for help is completely out of the question, they just hang up. They refuse to even look for your package. I’ve never seen anything less professional

Nor snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds but by God they can't be bothered to answer the phone.

This post office actually sells parking spaces, $10 for an hour, and locks the car if you don't pay. Is this the national post office? it's scary

Been calling the local post office for help, they never answer the phone The mail man that delivers to Truman base, stole my mail, called me a B *** followed me around, yelling and harassing me, scratched my mailbox just because he was mad I had not cleared my mailbox that day . It's unacceptable and I will have to file a police report. This explains why so many Amazon and other packages are not delivered or in mint condition.

There's a illegal scam going on at this Key West Post Office parking lot ! I am a Canadian Veteran traveling in my 2018 convention van. The parking attendant at this astonishment is charging $60 per vehicle to park overnight, per night. I paid for 1 overnight parking spot a t a discount of $40. At midnight on the 25th of January 2022, the local police were banging very hard on my van and woke me up to tell me that there is no sleeping in vehicles anywhere in Key West. They said to leave and find another place to sleep somewhere east about an hour drive. After spending money on restaurant and local bars plus souvenirs, I will never forget or return to Key West.

The service here is awful. All the employees have an attitude and treat customers poorly. What a shame. If you don't like your job then go find a new one. There is no need to treat customers with such disrespect.

Went in twice to mail souvenirs home, and accomplished what I set out to do with no troubles. Staff was friendly.

Took a bus down from Miami and only was only here for 6 hours, so I bought post cards across the street, and came to this PO and the lady was very nice helping me with the stamps and mailing. Nice, sweet, funny and served my needs.

The staff is kind, polite and very helping indeed “the best that could be expected with seven short personnel”. Helping the whole island with our mail and an affordable way of doing business.I see some negative comments and the only thing I can add, if you don’t like the line at 8:30 AM, simply come after noon, that’s it. Maybe it’s a good idea to plan with an eventual line. When you’re screaming in your car because of a traffic jam on N. Roosevelt that’s your gig, disrespecting a staff that is bringing your online orders, sending your mail and fills out those money orders is unnecessary. Take a trip to Miami (or any big city) and you’ll start loving and appreciating the treatment at this post office.
