Customer treated horrible, went to check options to add the person on existing bank account and the way lady approached it is impossible without giving any other options to do so, while sitting in a waiting hall area in front of entrance. Improve how to give customers options, check existing acount, invite to a proper table/private area, but not decline right away. It is unacceptable to be treated tgus way.

Staff always super friendly and very helpful with whatever I'm asking for. Move lines in a timely manner never had a complaint in the years I've been a customer. Good job everyone!!!

On two different occasions. I have either been treated poorly. Or seen employees treat other customers very very poorly. I will not be back closing my account removing my money. There is absolutely no reason to treat senior citizens poorly!!!!

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 30 years in 3 states. Thomas Ventura the Branch Manager at the Gulfside branch in KW Fl has helped me many times as well as all the Tellers. Fast friendly service all are an assett at this location. I will never change Banks 5 Star from me.Thank youMaxine Mas

Due to COVID, it's necessary to make an appointment to get forms notarized. I've been calling the bank all morning and cannot get through to a person. After it rings 8-10 times, I get a recorded message stating that they are unavailable. Unfortunately, I can't make this appointment online, only by calling in. Horrible customer service.

This branch operates very poorly. It’s super slow. I went in to deposit a check into my checking account that has been open for Over 10 years and it took 15 minutes with no one in front of me. The check was written to me personally, properly endorsed etc. Hire a new manager or train your staff better. This branch is awful

This is the worst bank in the world. I waited over an hour in the drive through for the clerks to cash a valid, properly funded , owner verified check and was told to wait because they were having to verify their system failure and was told they didn’t know how long I would have to wait . I waited over and hour in the drive through lane. Tom is the manager and should be fired .
