I realized when I returned home that part of my order was not in my bag. I called the 888 number and was told that returning to the store or emailing Sunburn was my only recourse. I was unable to return to the store and I have been unable to track down Sunburn's email address. So, I have now ordered, paid for and had removed from my allowance the package of pre-rolls that I have not received. And by the time I will be able to return to the store it seems awfully problematic to get this addressed.
This was the Sunburn staffs error. And Sunburn has made it prohibitively difficult for customers to get fair recourse for their employees mistakes.
Based on this experience, I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your medical marijuana needs. I know that I'm not returning now.

I got there about 3 minutes late they had just locked the door and they came to me and they explained to me that they they close at 8:30 and I said is there any way I could just get two cards from you and they were nice enough to let me in the door real quick and let me get my two cards unlike trueleaf where I was getting ready to pull in the door and they lock the door right in front of me and wouldn't open it to let me in so sunburn is where it's at
