Just leaving there now. ALWAYS shop here but not after today. Asked a kid working there for help, just needed a quick question answered…he rolled his eyes with a disgusted look on his face and then he started throwing his scanner and other stuff around. All this while vaping walking around the store. Told him to just forget it and sorry for asking him to do his job!!! If you don’t like your job then quit.

Went for a battery for my wifes vehicle. They came up with the incorrect battery for it , attempted to install it, too long and too short, then got the right one. I did most of the installation myself. the dude seemed clueless and incompetent. It took about an hour to get a new battery installed!!!

I just came from there amd the gentleman that helped me michael Harrier was awes9me he assisted me in installing my wiper blades. He was kind courteous and knowledgeable. A1 customer service. Just came back today and Michael harrier was there with great customer service. He should be a manager or supervisor truly

I needed replacement windshield wipers immediately, so I stopped in. I picked out what I wanted and went to the counter to checkout. Zack D. greeted me with a warm welcome and smile! To ensure I had the correct windshield wiper sizes, he kindly helped me double check - and even assisted to install them in the RAIN! Thank you for the great customer service and care, Zack!
