Outstanding quality customer service and care - these are so important in the world and SO elusive. Kudos to Erica at PNC in Keystone Heights for going over the top with excellent CUSTOMER CARE. She walked me through every step (and more) of a transaction I was nervous about making. She explained until I understood, and she never lost patience with me. It's really all we have to do to make the world a better place, but so many out there just don't see it. ERICA SEES IT! Thank you Erica, for making me feel I have chosen the right bank.

The switch to PNC has been nothing but issues.
For one we couldn't access our online banking for 2 days.
And for another while trying to cash a $20 check today at the bank we've been using for for over 10 years, the girl proceeds to tell me we need two forms of identification now.
Excuse me why do I need two forms of identification no other banks do this.
Ameris Bank is looking better and better!!

Worst bank i have ever dealt with money keeps on disappearing from my account and my bills keep getting declined no matter how much money i put in there and dont even waste your time on trying to open a business account

Employees at branch are GREAT! The new process on the different aspects of banking and customer service are horrible. Never had so many issues in such a short span at any bank. Once again, no issues with employees, they get 5 stars in my opinion.

charged fees without prior notification.. 20 minute wait for customer service which is another way of saying there is no customer service. wants your social security number to identify you online..poor thought process from a security point of view.. just a frustrating introduction to a new bank, especially when the bank they purchased had none of these problems!

The switch to PNC has been a horrible experience. My bbva card received funds (that it should NOT have been able to, since I had previously activated my NEW PNC card and was told it cancelled it automatically) and no one can help me or try to figure out where the funds are, nor can they help me cancel it or tell me if the check that the funds would cover will be denied or not. Thanks so much for this forced inconvenience to my life. I will be looking for a new bank.
