It's unfortunate I have to write this review. First time ever dealing with a medication mishap. The tech that serviced me through the drive-thru dismissed my concerns about my medication not being in stock. Mind you IV been an established patient with CVS, here in keystone heights, FL. For over 3 decades, never tried filling early, never had any issues up until yesterday. She had told me they haven't gotten this med in over two months, I calmly responded ma'am y'all have filled this medication for me for years and years, she come back with we stopped getting them after we filled yours......I WAS VERY CONFUSED with all of her lies. Then she tried telling me I shouldn't be on that med, that I should be on this med. Now she's playing Dr. I told her and it's clearly written in my notes that I don't as allergic to the medicine she was suggesting I SHOULD BE ON! I COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING. After all her nonsense and lies I had had enough. I drove next door to Walgreens, I was STUNNED at the difference in customer service......she served me with a smile and even had mine and my daughters medications in stock and ready before Friday was even up! Transferring my prescriptions and business to Walgreens made my life a lot easier and less stressful. Like I said in the beginning of this review it's really unfortunate I have to write this after giving y'all my business for decades, filling mine and my daughters prescriptions for years ....I feel sorry for whoever encounters this tech!

Love this place and and most of the workers are friendly accept for one lady named Sandy. Been multiple experiences were shes very rude and sarcastic.

There was an older fellow who had had a stroke and was frustrated that he couldn't remember his phone number to type in to the computer and he was being mean and hollering at the girl at the counter and the people in line and the CVS employee young woman was being so nice and patient and kind even though she was not being treated very well by that customer.

If I can leave no stars I would. The manager Chris in the pharmacy should not be a manager. He’s very disrespectful and likes to get attitudes with customers because they want to get a script filled.
If he doesn’t get demoted or fired there will be more issues in the future with other customers. Look at the reviews on her and most of them talk about him.
Something needs to be done.

I think these guys are great!! Love the employees in the pharmacy and I can't say enough about the pharmacists. They are awesome and go above and beyond to do their job. I have been living out here for 2 years and have not had one problem!!

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever received. In the process of trying to transfer prescriptions away from them so of course they are dragging their feet to make it harder on sick people to get their medicine. When I asked how long it would be for my prescriptions the staff was rude and wouldn’t even give me a time. They tried to tell me they didn’t even have prescriptions yet the automated system already told me I had prescriptions in process. If they are so busy transferring prescriptions should be a top priority so it’s less they have to do. I should have known when I read on the local word of mouth how they did a dying lady and her family not to use them, but again I’m sick and didn’t think to tell my dr to change my pharmacy. I will be calling my Drs office first thing on the next business day to update my pharmacy info. If they would transfer my prescriptions Walgreens across the road could have them done in 20 minutes. Walgreens has been waiting an hr for the pharmacist there to release these prescriptions.
Update 3 years later, Kenny definitely needs some training. We won't return to CVS after this. We come back recently because of insurance trying to get 90 day supplies. I will go to another pharmacy and only get 30 say supplies before I ever shop at CVS again

This is the best CVS. The store manager helped me on one of my most stressful weeks. I was on the verge of tears trying to print a canvas and he went above and beyond.

Always has everything in stock that I need. I love this CVS. I’m in and out self checkout. Put my number in pay for my items and I’m out of there. Employees are also nice and helpful.
