Xfinity made switching my phone an absolute nightmare, but Zack worked with us, on the cell phone, and on the phone with Xfinity for HOURS to make sure we left with an active and working phone that supports our small business. With his persistent and pleasant attitude we were finally able to have our line working again. The manager of the store, Mandy I believe, was also amazing. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.”
